Hometown: Little Rock, Arkansas....a bass player's bass player.....has played bass 32 years....and make no
mistake about it--he's a bass player, not some displaced, couldn't-cut-it-so-let's-see-how-we-do-on-bass
guitar player....owns somewhere in the vicinity of 20 basses; primarily plays a Mike Lull through Alembic
preamps, Crown power amps, and Ampeg cabinets....previous bands: The Wanted, Secret Service, Jet
Black, the Briefcase Blues Band....is King of the Ozarks (KotO), reigning over his subjects with a hickory
scepter and a swirl bowling ball....before Petty Theft makes any move, one question that must be
answered is 'what will KotO think?'....a former Punt, Pass and Kick winner, with a 60-yard kick putting him
over the top....wishes he could sing like Robin Zander; others consider that vile dreck....the only person in
the free world as we know it today who has lived in San Francisco, Austin and Las Vegas and hates all
three....when Petty Theft is in normal stage formation, he stands on the far right....that is no accident.
